Mahadeva Ishaya

I live with my family in Scotland, and teach meditation classes and retreats throughout the UK, Europe, and further internationally (as far flung as Australia and Mexico).

My teaching is practical, down-to-earth and injected with a healthy dose of humour. I believe the path of Awakening is best approached with commitment, simplicity, and not taking things personally or seriously.
